The sincere, plain and fluent style employed ensures thateveryone of every age and from every social group can easilyunderstand the books. This effective and lucid narrative makesit possible to read them in a single sitting. Even those who rig-orously reject spirituality are influenced by the facts recountedin these books and cannot refute the truthfulness of their con-tents.
This book and all the other works of the author can be readindividually or discussed in a group at a time of conversation. Those readers who are willing to profit from the books will finddiscussion very useful in the sense that they will be able torelate their own reflections and experiences to one another.
In addition, it will be a great service to the religion to con-tribute to the presentation and reading of these books, whichare written solely for the good pleasure of God. All the books ofthe author are extremely convincing. For this reason, for thosewho want to communicate the religion to other people, one ofthe most effective methods is to encourage them to read thesebooks.
It is hoped that the reader will take time to look through thereview of other books on the final pages of the book, and appre-ciate the rich source of material on faith-related issues, which arevery useful and a pleasure to read.
In these books, you will not find, as in some other books, thepersonal views of the author, explanations based on dubious so-urces, styles that are unobservant of the respect and reverencedue to sacred subjects, nor hopeless, doubt-creating, and pessi-mistic accounts that create deviations in the heart.
About The AuthorThe author, who writes under the pen-name HARUN YAHYA, was
born in Ankara in 1956. Having completed his primary and secondaryeducation in Ankara, he then studied arts at Istanbul's Mimar SinanUniversity and philosophy at Istanbul University. Since the 1980s, theauthor has published many books on political, faith-related and scientif-ic issues. Harun Yahya is well-known as an author who has written veryimportant works disclosing the imposture of evolutionists, the invalidityof their claims and the dark liaisons between Darwinism and bloody ide-ologies such as fascism and communism.
His pen-name is made up of the names "Harun" (Aaron) and"Yahya" (John), in memory of the two esteemed prophets who foughtagainst lack of faith. The Prophet's seal on the cover of the books is sym-bolic and is linked to the their contents. It symbolises that the Qur'an isthe final scripture and the Prophet Muhammad is the last of the prophets.Under the guidance of the Qur'an and sunnah, the author makes it hispurpose to disprove each one of the fundamental tenets of godless ide-ologies and to have the "last word", so as to completely silence the objec-tions raised against religion. The seal of the final Prophet, who attainedultimate wisdom and moral perfection, is used as a sign of his intentionof saying this last word.
All authors works center around one goal: to convey the Quransmessage to people, encourage them to think about basic faith-relatedissues (such as the existence of Allah, His unity and the Hereafter), andto expose the feeble foundations and perverted ideologies of godless sys-tems.
Harun Yahya enjoys a wide readership in many countries, fromIndia to America, England to Indonesia, Poland to Bosnia, and Spain toBrazil. Some of his books are available in English, French, German,Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Urdu, Arabic, Albanian, Russian, Serbo-Croat (Bosnian), Polish, Malay, Uygur Turkish, and Indonesian, and theyare enjoyed by readers worldwide.
Greatly appreciated all around the world, these works have beeninstrumental in many people recovering their faith in Allah and in manyothers gaining a deeper insight into their faith. The wisdom, and the sin-cere and easy-to-understand style gives these books a distinct touchwhich directly effects any one who reads or studies them. Immune to
objections, these works are characterized by their features of rapid effec-tiveness, definite results and irrefutability. It is unlikely that those whoread these books and give serious thought to them can any longer sin-cerely advocate the materialistic philosophy, atheism or any other per-verted ideology or philosophy. Even if they continue to do so, it will beonly a sentimental insistence since these books refuted such ideologiesfrom their very foundations. All contemporary movements of denial arenow ideologically defeated, thanks to the collection of books written byHarun Yahya.
There is no doubt that these features result from the wisdom andlucidity of the Qur'an. The author modestly intends to serve as a meansin humanity's search for Allah's right path. No material gain is sought inthe publication of these works.
Considering these facts, those who encourage people to read thesebooks, which open the "eyes" of the heart and guide them to becomemore devoted servants of Allah, render an invaluable service.
Meanwhile, it would just be a waste of time and energy to propagateother books which create confusion in peoples' minds, lead man into ide-ological chaos, and which, clearly have no strong and precise effects inremoving the doubts in peoples' hearts, as also verified from previousexperience. It is apparent that it is impossible for books devised toemphasize the author's literary power rather than the noble goal of sav-ing people from loss of faith, to have such a great effect. Those who doubtthis can readily see that the sole aim of Harun Yahya's books is to over-come disbelief and to disseminate the moral values of the Qur'an. Thesuccess and impact of this service are manifest in readers conviction.
One point should be kept in mind: The main reason for the continu-ing cruelty, conflict, and all the ordeals the majority of people undergo isthe ideological prevalence of disbelief. This state can only be ended withthe ideological defeat of disbelief and by conveying the wonders of cre-ation and Qur'anic morality so that people can live by it. Considering thestate of the world today, which leads people into the downward spiral ofviolence, corruption and conflict, it is clear that this service has to be pro-vided more speedily and effectively. Otherwise, it may be too late.
It is no exaggeration to say that the collection of books by HarunYahya have assumed this leading role. By the will of Allah, these bookswill be a means through which people in the 21st century will attain thepeace, justice and happiness promised in the Qur'an.

Allah creates man, and gives him a spiritual and physical form, letshim lead a certain course of life, and then will take him into Hispresence by bringing about his death. Allah creates man and ac-
cording to the verse "Should He not know - He that created?" (Surat al-Mulk: 14), He is the One Who knows and recognises him, who educateshim and meets his needs. Therefore, the only real purpose man has in li-fe is to praise Allah, supplicate Him and worship Him. For the same re-ason, the pure message, and the revelation of Allah communicated to pe-ople through His messengers is the sole guidance for man.
The Quran is the last book of Allah and His only unaltered revelation. This is why we are responsible for assuming the Quran as our true gu-
ide, and of being extremely meticulous about all its judgements. This isthe only way for salvation both here in this world and beyond.
Therefore, we need to explore very carefully and attentively what theQuran relates to us and contemplate it. In the Quran, Allah states that thepurpose of the Qurans revelation is to lead people to think:
Here is a Message for mankind: Let them take warning therefrom, and letthem know that He is (no other than) One Allah: let men of understandingtake heed. (Surah Ibrahim: 52)
These are some of the stories of communities which We relate untothee: of them some are standing, and some have
been mown down (by the sickle of time). It was not We that wronged them: They wronged
Their own souls: the deities, other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them no whit
when there issued the decree of thy Lord:Nor did they add aught (to their lot) but perdition!
(Surah Hud: 100-101)
The news of previous peoples which constitutes a great part of theQuran, is certainly one of the matters we ought to contemplate. A majo-rity of these people rejected the prophets sent to them and, moreover, sho-wed animosity towards them. Because of their audacity, they brought Al-lahs wrath upon themselves and have been wiped off the face of the earth.
The Quran tells us that these cases of destruction should be a warningfor succeeding generations. For instance, right after the description of
