We aim to offer all our customers a personal and professional wedding hire service, allowing them to enjoy the build up to their wedding with the minimum of fuss. With over 10 years experience in the wedding industry, we know how to make your day a huge success. By dealing with just one hire company for your wedding, you are able to save time and money. Our dedicated team will liaise with you to ensure the whole process is simple and straightforward. We operate mainly in and around Harrogate,

but we also cover Ripon, Knaresborough, Wetherby, Boroughbridge, Northallerton, Yarm and Tadcaster. We are able to provide hire items further afield but these will be subject to additional travel costs.

Offering both lycra and loose covers, we guarantee to provide chair covers that will fit your wedding venue’s chairs perfectly and look stunning. All our wedding chair covers are supplied with either a satin or organza sash, in a colour of your choice.

We have a huge number of sash colours available in both satin and organza, ensuring your wedding chair covers look exactly as you wish and match your wedding theme colours perfectly.

Changing in colour to the music, the fire flames produce an exciting effect to compliment the rest of the venue.

We offer 3 packages for Chocolate Fountain Hire as well as Mini Chocolate Fountain hire. Please choose the appropriate package based on the number of guests attending your Wedding Reception.

We have a selection of stunning Chocolate Fountains available for hire at your function. Perfect for Weddings, Birthday or any celebration, the chocolate fountain stands 44 inches in height (large fountain) and features an illuminated surround to help enhance your event and create an unforgettable atmosphere. The Chocolate Fountains are always attended by a fully trained and uniformed member of our staff. We use only the finest quality Belgian chocolate and are able to supply either milk, dark, white, mint or orange flavoured chocolate. Napkins, skewers and plates are provided by us.

Our vintage wedding sweet cart is ideal for weddings as it provides a stunning talking point for your guests and of course, delicious sweets.

Hire of the Sweet Cart includes a variety of sweets of your choice (upto 4 varieties) to cater for approx 100g of sweets per guest. The Wedding Sweet Cart can be decorated to match your wedding theme colours.

Our Barn Owl wedding ring delivery service is well established and it definitely adds extra magic to your ceremony. After the ceremony, our falconer stays to give everyone the chance to hold the owl.

and deliver the ring to the groom / best man at the altar

Ensure your dancefloor and venue are beautifully lit with our stunning Mood Lighting. Bespoke Wedding Mood Lighting creates a stunning effect at your venue and is available in a range of colours.

1. PRICES: Prices shown in this Brochure are valid for bookings placed within the calendar year shown at the lower left corner of each page. Bookings placed in the following calendar year will be charged at the following years rates.

2. DEPOSITS: Deposits are payable on booking to confirm your chosen hire items, date availability and to guarantee we will be able to provide hire items for your function. Email confirmation will be sent when the deposit payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amounts vary dependant on the total order value placed:

• For Orders under £200: £50 Deposit Required• For Orders £201 – £400: £75 Deposit Required• For Orders over £401: £100 Deposit Required3. BALANCES: Balance payments are due in full 1 month prior to the

function. An invoice will be issued and payment must be made on receipt of invoice. BACS is our preferred method of payment, although we do accept card payments via Paypal. We reserve the right to withdraw hire services from functions if payment has not been made prior to the function date occuring.

4. REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued only in the occurance of hired items being supplied not as stated in this Brochure and on other promotional material (Website, Stationery etc). Customers must take into account the description and/or images of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description provided by Harrogate Wedding Hire and the buyer is unsatisfied, Harrogate Wedding Hire is not responsible for refund. Refunds will not be issued due to Function cancellation.

5. Harrogate Wedding Hire reserve the right to withdraw any of the products shown without prior notice. Bookings already placed for those products will be honoured.
