• Awareness session with staff on importance and significance of hand hygiene

• Letter in all guest rooms on World Hand Hygiene Day along with a small Lemon Tree soap

• Hand sanitizer placed in the Lobby and other guest areas on a tray with a sign saying World Hand Hygiene Day

Done by different zones

• Conducting competitions of slogan writing, poster making, skits, poem writing and a quiz contest with school children

• Organizing educational visits of hand hygiene systems in different areas of the hotel like Kitchen, Restaurants, Cafeteria, etc. for school children
