Eshu is sometimes identified as Saint Anthony of Padua,

Saint michael, or Santo Nino De Atocha

OYA

The Oya has been syncretized in Santería with the Catholic images

of the Virgin of Candelaria.

She is the warrior-spirit of the wind, lightning, fertility, fire, and

magic.

It is said that she creates hurricanes and tornadoes, and

guards the underworld.

The sounds od tornados are said to be her whirling skirts as she

dances.

Sirene.

He is is envisioned as a handsome mixed race man with

green eyes, often wearing a naval officer's uniform

His colors are white, blue and occasionally brown.

MARASSA JUMEAUX

Marassa Jumeaux are the divine twins.

There children but older than any other loa.

They synthesize the voodoo Loa as personification

of divine power and the human impotence.

The Marassa are a bit different from standard Loa

they are on a level above them.
