    The challenge consists of 5 activities you need to commit tdoing every day for three weeks. Here they are:

    Record 3 Things Youre Grateful ForRewire your braito recognize and look for the positive.

    Journal - Write down one positive experience a day. This whelp you relive the good memories, instead of rehashing th

    bad and embarrassing ones.

    Exercise - To teach your brain how important your behaviis. Do a manageable amount of exercise a day, one day

    Canada Day long weekend, as well as July 15th.
