Guide to Recover/Change Your Member Portal Password

Recover Your Password

• Click on Recover My Password

• Key in your NRIC/FIN number

• Key in your Email address that is registered with Car Club

• You will see the following message

• Access your Registered Email

• Click the Link provided

STEP 4

• Key in your NRIC/FIN number

• Key in your New Password

• Key in your New Password again to confirm

STEP 5

Congratulations!Your password has successfullybeen changed!

• Key in your current password and new password

• Click Change Password to proceed
