Global Talent Innovation Program?

THE PROGRAMFor almost 65 years, companies have relied on our program to meet their international talent needs by gaining access to the best and brightest young leaders. Companies of all sizes have participated in the GIP Innovation to increase global reach, fuel innovation, and diversify their workforce.

The GIP Innovation is a tried-and-tested, tailor-fit recruitment and integration process for the brightest international young talent. Your company has a wide avenue of talent to choose from based on their backgrounds and areas of specialization.

OUR GOALThe GIP Innovation is one of the avenues we provide the youth through which to develop the skills and knowledge that matter in today’s global environment.

As a youth leadership platform, we also offer our members access to local and interna-tional conferences, leadership opportunities and a global learning environment.
