Kindergarten Orientation

WHEN: Thursday, August 24th TIME: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Parents and students can come any time between 6:00pm-8:00pm on August 24th to visit their classrooms, meet their teachers, and tour the school.

NEW FAMILIES: We will have one brief parent meeting for families new to Grover Cleveland. The meeting will be in the auditorium at 6:00pm and will last

approximately 15 minutes. If you miss it, you can get most of the information online at www.eriesd.org . We will be talking about items such as the dress code,

calendar, school entry and dismissal procedures, attendance items, academics, and PTSA events.

We are excited to welcome you and your children back as well as meeting our new students and families. It’s going to be a “Cougar-iffic” School Year here at Grover

Cleveland!

Class lists will be posted on the front doors around 3:00pm on August 21st.

The first day of school for students is Monday, August 28th. (NO SCHOOL: September 1st and September 4th )

NEW SCHOOL HOURS: 9:20am – 3:40pm

9:20am students are permitted to walk to homerooms 9:30am tardy bell

9:20am-9:40am breakfast in the classroom 3:40pm dismissal
