GRM was founded in 1990 by its current Directors, Chris Jerram and Dr Bill Peacock. As engineering geologists, they wanted to use their knowledge and industry

experience to provide a valuable service to individuals, companies, and investorswith land to develop.

They created GRM to provide honest and accurate appraisals of land, allied to cost-effective solutions to the problems encountered. In the late 1990's the

structural design department was set up to produce designs and reports, build on the ground investigation team's findings, and provide a foundation inspection service

to ensure on-site compliance.

GRM provide ground investigations and remediation in conjunction with structural engineering and foundation consultancy. You can rely on GRM to get the job done quickly, effectively, and cost efficiently. With our experience, a solid reputation, and loyal client base that includes many household names, you can rely on GRM to give an accurate

ground risk assessment, realistic advice, and practical engineering solutions.
