Complete “Fire Evacuation procedure” work sheets 6:1a 6:1b) – Explain how to deal/raise emergency alarm, how to call emergency assistance (ex 200 internal phones only), value of the Accident Book. Complete “Spot the Dangers in a Kitchen & Classroom”

Course Structure and requirements

Tutor to distribute course handbook, scheme of work and discuss course content, outcomes and progression. Including Work Placement responsibilities.

Moodle / course content Tutor to talk through the benefits of communicating via Moodle, & explain about the course resources available to the learners.

GCSE Results Check GCSE results and retain a copy where applicable. Staff to enter results on intranet http://intranet.gyc.ac.uk:8083/regandinfo/examsonline/default.aspx

Check learners enrolled and have Student No.

All learners NOT enrolled, take to the Information Centre (as this will affect Registers) to be enrolled.
