Rich is joined by a team of geoscientists recognized for theirexpertise in the geology, structure and gold deposits of theNorthernCordillera including theYukon, Alaska and British Columbia. Richard(Rich)J.Goldfarb,Ph.D. CouncilChairmanRichisagloballyrecognizedauthorityonorogenicgolddepositshavingserved36yearswiththeU.S.GeologicalSurvey’sMineralResourcesProgram.Dr.GoldfarbisaResearchProfessorattheColoradoSchool of Mines, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia, a DistinguishedOverseas Professor at China University of Geosciences, Beijing, China, as well as, a privateconsultant.Dr.GoldfarbobtainedhisPhDGeologyfromtheUniversityofColoradoandistherecipientofmanyawardsfromscientificorganizationsaroundtheworld.HeisaFellowandEx-PresidentoftheSocietyof Economic Geologists and an Honorary LifetimeMember of the Society for Geology Applied toMineralDeposits.Hehasseniorauthoredorco-authoredmorethan225papersandhasdeliveredover200presentationsin31countries.26ofhispapersongolddepositsoftheNorthernCordillerawerejointlyauthoredwithfellowcouncilmembersCraigHartand/orLanceMiller.Inadditiontohisformative work on orogenic gold, Rich has an extensive background in geochemistry, regionalmetallogeny,andexplorationtargeting.CraigJ.R.Hart,Ph.D.,FSEG,FGAC.CraigHart is theDirectorof theMineralDepositResearchUnit (MDRU)at theUniversityofBritishColumbia (UBC) where he initiates and facilitates a wide range of mineral exploration industry-sponsored research projects focused on gold and porphyry systems, regional metallogeny andexplorationmethods.Hiscurrentresearcheffortsaredirectedtowardsdevelopingnewexplorationtools and strategies for gold and porphyry deposits.Most of his early careerwaswith the YukonGeologicalSurveywhereheundertookregionalmappingandmetallogenicresearchintheNorthernCordillera.Craighasdegrees fromMcMasterUniversity (BSc1986),UniversityofBritishColumbia (MSc1995)andUniversityofWesternAustralia(2005)separatedbyemploymentintheexplorationindustryandwith geological surveys. TheCompanyhasgranted200,000stockoptionstoadirectoroftheCompany.Thestockoptionsareexercisable fora termof threeyearsatanexercisepriceof$0.42percommonshare.Twenty-fivepercent (25%) of the stock options vest immediately, with an additional 25% vesting every sixmonthsthereafteruntilfullyvested.
