HR Recruitment Officers (4 Positions)The Authority seeks suitably qualified persons to take up the role of HR Recruitment Officers for its CorporateBusiness Unit to be based in our National Office and be specifically tasked with duties assigned by theManager Human Resources.

JOB PURPOSE

Provide a wide variety of human resources activities including recruitment & selection and employeerelations.

To provide information to employees on the interpretation of HR policies and HR operational procedures.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Implement and facilitate the recruitment process; Prepare and maintain recruitment documents & organisational structures; Drafting letters for new employees; Assist in employee relation matters. Responsible for coordinating interviews and assist Supervisors in formulating interview questions required

and assisting staff members in identifying and creating job related interview questions; Perform reference checks for successful applicants and initiate offer and employment contracts; Participate in the development and execution of orientation programs and procedures for new employees Review employee complaints and mitigate complaints in accordance with HR policy and WAF related

procedural policies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor in Human Resources/Management/Industrial Relation or Equivalent with at least 3-5 yearsexperience in the HR field;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work;

Good professional appearance and attitude;

Good time management skills;

Excellent Team Player;

REMUNERATION

Remuneration will commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
