QC Norms
Random QC shall be done on the work submitted, any errors detected are to be rectified and resubmitted in the next cycle.

Refundable Security Deposit
Rs. 75,000 per 10,00,000 forms per month.

Pre Termination with Notice By the client■ Due to non completion of the work allocated to the vendor,
Poor Quality AND/OR Abandoning of the Project without notice : The vendor will be issued 2 notices and if still they are not able to deliver as per the required quantity/quality or restart the work, then the client at their discretion can terminate the contract and forfeit the security deposit OR allocate a part of the work to another vendor without any liability to the first vendor.
■ Under any other circumstances : 85% of the Security Deposit will be refunded along with the final bill as per the billing cycle and the balance 15% shall be refunded after a period of 60 days to clear QC backlog
