Preserving the whiteness of your delicate

laundry UltraWHITE programme is

intended for care of white delicate

laundry such as synthetics, silk, nylon,

lace, which, due to the specific character

of the fabric, cannot be washed at high

temperatures. The laundry will receive

excellent care at a temperature of no

more than 30°C, owing to adjusted

tumbling rhythm and more water. Regular

white laundry would take on a greyish or

yellowish appearance and lose its white

sheen. UltraWHITE programme will make

sure your white laundry actually stays

white.

Perfect laundry care requires the right

combination of temperature, water, time,

tumbling rhythm, and detergent. Gorenje

experts relied on years of experience

and their expert knowledge to devise an

innovative solution for efficient care of

white laundry with a special UltraWhite

The laundry is washed when you want it.

Most washing machines offer the option to

delay the start of the washing cycle by up

to 24 hours in advance. High-end models

offer the EndTime washing cycle function.

The machine will automatically calculate

the right washing start time. You will be

able use lower night power rates as well as

make sure the laundry is washed at a time

that is convenient for you to dry it.

StainExpert

Assistance in dealing with the most

stubborn stains It may often be the case

that inappropriate washing method will

additionally work a stain into the fabric,

reducing the possibility to remove it

in subsequent washes. Gorenje's high-

end models offer a special function for

effective removal of the most common

stubborn stains. Choose the most

appropriate among the four offered groups

Programmes adjusted to the type of laundry

The right programme for any type of

laundry. Gorenje washing machines

offer several washing programmes and

temperature settings. The most commonly

used programmes – cotton, synthetics,

mix, delicate, and woollens – are found

on the right hand side of the programme

selector; on the left side special

programmes adjusted to a particular

type of laundry are offered. In addition

to the innovative UltraWhite, the washing

machine offers PerfectBlack, BioWash,

NightWash, QuickWash, and two user-

defined programmes MyFavourite, easily

customizable by the user.

• UltraWHITE: programme for efficient

care of delicate white laundry,

preserving perfect whiteness at 30°C

• PerfectBlack: washes at 30°C using

liquid gel to keep your black laundry

truly black.

• BioWash: it is intended for everyone

who prefers washing their laundry

the natural way, e.g. with the BioBall

laundry balls or with soapnuts.

• NightWash: this programme is

intended for washing during the

night. Its adjusted tumbling rhythm

and spinning cycle make the

operation silent.

• QuickWash: this programme will

wash your favourite clothes at 30°C

in just 17 minutes.

• MyFavorite: two programme slots

are available for user-defined

programmes. Choose appropriate

settings and simply save them.

TotalWeight control – Automatic recognition of laundry weight: Using

a weight sensor, the washing machine

automatically adjusts the washing program

to the actual amount of laundry in the

drum. In addition to savings in water

and power, it also allows silent and quiet

operation of the machine.

OptiDrum – Wellness for your laundry

Excellently preserved laundry

Innovatively designed drum interior made

of stainless steel is completely adjusted

to efficient motion of the laundry during

the washing process. Large volume

allows comfort even when washing larger

amounts of laundry. Drum perforation

is carefully thought out so that the size,

shape, and number of holes provide lower

water and power consumption. Wave-

shaped 3D ribs gently move the laundry

towards the rear part of the drum and

then lift it towards the top. Tilted design

of the interior door glass also contributes

to this process. OptiDrum will make sure

your laundry gets the best possible care.

Total use of detergent

Perfect laundry care with just the right

amount of detergent. Gorenje washing

machines boast a special environmentally

friendly system that prevents excessive

use of detergent during the supply of

water. It allows reducing detergent

consumption by up to 20% to protect the

environment more efficiently.

SterilTub - Clean machine for clean laundry

The solution for pleasantly smelling

laundry. Washing at lower temperatures

with non-aggressive environmentally

friendly detergents allows the bacteria

lurking in the washing machine tub

to develop. These bacteria can cause

laundry that may have been normally

washed and dried to emit an unpleasant

odour as soon as it comes into contact

with moisture. SterilTub programme will

make sure your washing machine interior

is impeccably clean to allow the best care

of your laundry.

Efficient soaking with the QuickWet system

Extremely fast laundry wetting and

shorter programme duration. QuickWet

intensive soaking system allows

introducing water, combined with the

detergent, into the drum simultaneously

from the bottom and the top of the drum.

Thus, the laundry is soaked sooner and

washing programme is shorter which

saves power.

quiet. Minimum use of power and

handling larger loads more easily will

translate into longer useful life. The motor

is very efficient as it reaches maximum

FiberTech durable tub

Washing machine tubs made of highly

durable material. Washing machines

offering higher spinning rates and larger

loads feature a tub made of a modern

material called FiberTech. The material

has excellent mechanical properties and

it is highly resistant to temperature and

chemicals. Compared to the stainless

steel tubs, it has no problems whatsoever

with corrosion. Other models feature

a tub made of highly durable high-

tech material CarboTech with excellent

durability even with models with up to

1,400 rpm spinning cycles.

Motor overheating protection

Safe motor operation for flawless

performance Motor overheating resulting

from excessive load or water may lead

to a fault. To prevent such faults from

occurring, the motors are fitted with

mechanical overheating protection. If the

motor overheats, the protection shut it

down to prevent further overheating or

damage.

Child lock

Safety for your curious children. Washing

machine door cannot be opened during

the washing cycle. To provide additional

safety, the machine can also be locked

simply by pressing a combination of

buttons on the control panel.

Stability control

Machine stability during operation.

Stability control system will make sure

the load is distributed evenly in the

drum. If the stability control sensor

perceives an imbalance, drum rotation

will be stopped to allow more even

redistribution of the laundry.

Total AquaStop - perfect water protection

Prevent water overflow. Gorenje washing

machines are equipped with safety

systems that prevent any water leakage

and protect electronic components from

damage

Easy clean filter

Easily accessible filter that allows no

water leaks. The filter is installed on the

lower part at the front of the washing

machine. As you gently press the lid,

the door will open; in addition, a drain

channel is supplied to allow draining

excess water into a container. Instructions

for cleaning the filter are located on the

inner side of the cover.

Modern dispenser

Simple dispensing of laundry care pro-

ducts. Three-section dispenser is functio-

nally designed to allow simple dispensing

of all types of laundry care products.

The symbols and signs imprinted on the

dispenser indicate the recommended

amount of detergent and conditioner for

a full or half load, according to the type of

laundry. Additional markings can also be

found on the drum gasket.

TwinAir - effective laundry drying

Evenly dried laundry. Condenser dryers

with a heat pump boast a unique air

blowing system. During bi-directional

rotation, it allows evenly intensive

introduction of warm, dry air into the

drum through both air channels. The path

of the air is adjusted to the rotation of

the drum, providing a constant drying

intensity throughout the drying cycle.

Evenly distributed, the laundry will not

tangle and the final result will be perfect.

Unique fibre treatment with the IonTech technology

Perfectly smooth and refreshed laundry

High end laundry dryers feature a unique

air ionizer which additionally smoothers

the fibres, eliminating the creases and

SteamTech – perfection without ironing

Perfectly smoothed and freshened

laundry. New technology in laundry care

employs steam to straighten every crease

and wrinkle. Ironing your cotton and

mixed fabric laundry will now be much

easier – or even not required at all! An

independent remarkable steam drying

programme for shirts will particularly

please those who strongly dislike ironing.

Simply place up to five clean shirts into

the dryer; it will take only 20 minutes to

dry them and remove all creases using

steam. Refreshment programme is perfect

for clothes that have recently been worn

but are not ready for washing yet, or

clothes that have been in the closet for a

while. It will remove any unpleasant odour

and make them soft, without washing.

Most commonly used drying programmes

are placed on the left side of the control

dial. Next to the dial, there is the section

with additional settings such as delayed

start of the drying cycle or drying at low

temperature, supported by LED indicators

and an LCD display. The control panel

ends with the start and pause button

on the left hand side of the dryer. Such

design of the control panel allows the user

a simple and friendly drying experience.

NormalCARE includes optimized drying

programmes for all types of laundry. For

SensorIQ

Your laundry dried just right every

time! SensorIQ intelligent technology

automatically adjusts the drying process

according to the selected program,

type of laundry, and desired level of

dryness. The moisture/humidity sensor

continuously adjusts the drying time to

the moisture level in the laundry. When

the sensor perceives that the selected

level of dryness has been reached, it

automatically stops the dryer. The clothes

are just right for ironing, dry, cupboard

dry, or very dry - as you like it.

Programming the start of the drying cycle

Dried at the right time. Start of the

drying process may be programmed up

to 24 hours in advance. The clothes will

be dried to the previously set level of

moisture and ready to be stored in the

cupboard or ironing whenever is most

Special rack for woollens or sport shoes

Gentle drying of woollen sweaters. A

specially designed rack for delicate

woollen items can be mounted onto

the drum of the dryer. Just spread your

sweater across the rack and the wool will

remain soft and fluffy. The rack can also

be used to dry sport shoes as it keeps

them from bouncing around inside the

dryer. This also considerably shortens the

drying process compared to just hanging

items out to dry.

dryers can take up to 9 kg loads; in terms

of capacity (120 l), this makes them

superior to other comparable products on

35 cm wide door opening makes it easier

Our condenser dryers are equipped

with a sensor that constantly checks the

level of water accumulated in the lower

condensation container. If the water level

becomes too high, a pump transfers water

to the upper condensation container. If the

upper container is full, the dryer will not

function until it is emptied.

No overheating

Gorenje dryers are equipped with a special

sensor to avoid overheating. If overheating

is detected, the machine stops operating.

Drying continues as soon as the electric

motor cools down to a normal level.

Child lock

The door cannot be opened during the

drying cycle. For additionall safety the

Automatic programme selection

The most sophisticated models feature

an automatic programme that enables

you to wash your dishes within two

temperature ranges (party glassware

or fine porcelain at a lower temperature,

and other, less fragile dishes at a higher

temperature). The sensors continually

monitor the water in the dishwasher,

identifying impurities and adjusting their

operation accordingly, so as to deliver

perfectly clean dishes whilst also ensuring

the optimal consumption of water, energy

Long cooking utensils

and Exclusive, feature a handy flap

in the upper basket to hold long cooking

Due to the rectangular shape of the

45 cm Slim dishwashers, the standard

spray arm does not reach the front and

the rear of the dishwasher equally well.

Gorenje has developed an innovative

solution: a special shower arm design,

which in addition to spinning on its axis

also moves longitudinally from the front

panel to the rear and back. This enables

the water to be sprayed evenly over the

entire dishwasher interior so as to achieve

Wok burner

A designated, triple crown gas burner

heats the wok at an accelerated rate,

which allows you to prepare your dishes

within minutes. Vegetables will be

Cooking with gas

Gas cookers are characterized by their

utilisation of an open flame, which

translates into a superior heat output

and improved cooking performance. The

food coagulates faster, which locks in the

majority of nutrients and preserves the

natural flavour. The burners are made of

components, which can be easily taken

apart and just as easily cleaned.

Two or three and oval ring heating zones

Two- or three ring heating zones make it

possible for your hob to adapt precisely

to the various cookware used. The oval

heating zone is ideal for cooking large

cuts of meat or fish. By simply switching

on the extra rings, you can increase the

cooking zone as required, thereby saving

valuable energy.

BoilControl

The BoilControl function prevents pots from

boiling over as it automatically adjusts the

temperature of all HiLight cooking zones.

After initial operation at maximum heat the

hob regulates the heat output to hold the

temperature at the set level. Function can

be switched on or off any time. Your pots

Cooking with induction

With induction technology only the

surface under of the utensil is heated.

The hob surface, which is not in

contact with the cookware, is cool and

safe to touch. Once the utensil has

been removed or the plate has been

switched off, the temperature of the

hob surface drops rapidly. Due to the

instant responsiveness of the induction

zone, there is no danger of boiling over,

which also spares you the unpleasant

chore of extra cleaning. You can easily

adjust the temperature when preparing

PerfectGrill for a perfect crust

The large upper and the smaller lower

infrared heating elements are safely hidden

in the depths of the recessed, vaulted oven

ceiling while the difference in their relative

heights ensures that food is cooked evenly

and perfectly, every time. In selected

models the upper heating element can be

tilted down, which makes the oven easier

to clean.

Baking on several shelves set at different levels

By choosing a Gorenje oven you can

bake your biscuits up to three different

levels at the same time. Fan at the rear

of the oven ensures an even and swift

distribution of heat. This enables a more

efficient circulation of hot air and delivers

outstanding cooking and baking results

while saving you valuable time and

energy.

Extra-deep, XXL baking tray

For gourmets who enjoy making home-

made bread, lasagne, quiches or similar,

we have designed a special, extra deep 5

cm baking tray. The tray features EcoClean

enamel coating, which makes it easy to

clean. In addition, the oven walls tend

to get less dirty as the raised tray sides

prevent the fat from escaping. Our large

selection of baking trays also features

traditional size enamelled and glass trays.

The latter can also be used as serving trays.

Temperature probe

Selected models of Gorenje ovens are

fitted with a temperature probe – a special

sensor allowing you to control how done

your food is. Insert the probe into any

larger chunk of food to be baked, roasted,

or grilled, and set the desired temperature.

The display on the oven control panel will

indicate when the food is done exactly

as you want it. Hence, your roast will be

deliciously juicy, and the dough will be

perfectly leavened and baked.

Cool oven panels with DynamiCooling

A highly efficient cooling system

designed to keep the temperature of oven

panels down during the cooking process

(DC) as well as afterwards (DC+) ensures

significantly cooler outer surfaces of oven

panels. A fan mixes cooler ambient air

with the hot air in the oven, forcing the

cooled mixture to circulate right under

the exterior panels of the appliance.

Once the oven has been switched off, a

heat sensor keeps the fan going until the

oven temperature has dropped below

60°C (DC+). By keeping the temperature

of the oven panels and door down,

DynamiCooling significantly improves the

safety of oven cooking.

AquaClean

Oven models Premium and Exclusive

additionally feature the highly convenient

AquaClean option. Just pour half a litre

of tap water into a baking tray, place it

into the cavity and select the AquaClean

option. The steam generated by the auto-

heat programme (70°C) acts to soften the

dirt on the oven walls. After approximately

half an hour simply wipe down the oven

with a soft cloth. Using no cleaners

whatsoever, the result is astounding as well

as environmentally friendly.

ChildLock for safety

The ChildLock function prevents children from interfering with or resetting the selected parameters, thus also providing protection against accidental activation and operation of the hob.

Low temperature of the oven door

Gorenje ovens are fitted with safe and energy efficient CoolDoors (CD). More sophisticated models feature triple-glazed, heat reflective UltraCoolDoors (UCD). Superior door insulation in conjunction with special reflective glass layers improves oven performance together with significantly lower energy consumption. A low exterior door temperature keeps you safe from burns when touching the oven door.

Safety switch

Oven door safety switch prevents damage and burns as it makes it impossible for the children to open the oven door during cooking.

Cleaning made easy with EasyClean liners

Easily removable EasyClean liners on both

side panels and catalytic lining on the

rear panel are designed to help you keep

your oven clean. The liners feature super-

smooth EcoClean enamel coating, which

means that warm water is all you need. Or

you can simply remove them and let the

dishwasher do the job for you!

Catalytic self-cleaning lining

Some Gorenje oven models feature

superior EcoClean enamel coating with

catalytic lining on the rear panel. Owing

to the catalytic coating, food and juices

splashing from the baking tray are

decomposed already during the cooking

process. The procedure is based on a

chemical reaction that causes oxidation

upon contact with fat at high temperature.

Fat residues are thus continuously broken

down and your oven is clean even in those

hard-to-reach spots.

PizzaThe oven will preheat for 8 minutes to 200ºC. After preheating place the pizza in the middle level guide in shallow pan or on a baking stone. Baking time 10 minutes for a pizza of 400 g.

Pork chops, fishRoasting on the grid in the upper level guide (dripping pan is placed one level below) with door closed. Turn the meat around halfway through roasting. Oven temperature is 250º C, roasting time 25 minutes for 4 x 200 g.

The large upper and the smaller lower

infrared heating elements are safely

hidden in the depths of the recessed,

vaulted oven ceiling while the difference

in their relative heights ensures that

food is cooked evenly and perfectly,

heating element can be tilted down,

46 cm oven size has a 15% larger baking

Selected models of Gorenje ovens come

with a meat probe, which allows you to

directly monitor and control the backing

of your meat. All you need to do is insert

the probe tip into the meat and set the

temperature to the desired level. The

indicator on the control panel will alert you

like it. With the meat probe you can enjoy

a perfect roast every time!

Professional grill pan set

This useful piece of kit made silicon

coated aluminium alloy which heats up

exceptionally fast and is ideally suited for

Extra-deep, XXL baking tray

cm baking tray. The tray features EcoClean

clean with ordinary tap water, without

the use of harmful chemicals. In addition,

the oven walls tend to get less dirty as

the raised tray sides prevent the fat from

escaping. Our large selection of baking trays

also features traditional size enamelled and

glass trays. The latter can also be used as

Baking pan made of quality glass is

UltraCoolDoors (UCD). Superior door

insulation in conjunction with special

Child lock

Child lock function allows locking the oven

settings. When the settings are locked,

uncontrolled or undesired operation

is prevented, which protects particularly

would have been switched on accidentally.

Safety switch

Oven door safety switch prevents damage

and burns as it makes it impossible

for the children to open the oven door

during cooking.

Spacious oven ceiling for extra safety

The oven ceiling is slightly recessed - just

enough to accommodate the top heating

element. This feature enables a better

use of the oven interior and results

in improved safety. This way, the risk

of inadvertently touching any hot parts

when reaching inside the oven is drastically

reduced. The upper heating element can

be tilted down, which makes the oven even

Cool oven panels with DynamiCooling

A highly efficient cooling system designed

to keep the temperature of oven panels

down during the cooking process (DC)

as well as afterwards (DC+) ensures

significantly cooler outer surfaces of oven

panels. A fan mixes cooler ambient air with

the hot air in the oven, forcing

the cooled mixture to circulate right under

the exterior panels of the appliance.

Once the oven has been switched off,

a heat sensor keeps the fan going until

the oven temperature has dropped below

60°C (DC+). By keeping the temperature

of the oven panels and door down,

DynamiCooling significantly improves

the safety of oven cooking.

High performance cleaning - PyrolyseSupreme

Pyrolitic ovens from Gorenje employ the

concept of pyrolysis to deliver perfect

automatic cleaning. Oven interior, baking

sheets and trays, and wire guides are

coated with a special high-temperature

resistant pyrolitic enamel and they can

therefore be left in the oven during

pyrolysis. Ovens are also fitter with highly

efficient halogen lighting. During the

pyrolitic cleaning process, the oven will

heat up to approximately 500 °C. When

the temperature reaches 250 °C, the door

is automatically locked for user safety.

Combination of high temperature and

an innovative combination of heaters

and fan propelled air circulation leads

to optimum cleaning effects even in the

remotest corners. A special catalyst is

installed in the upper part of the oven,

which neutralizes odours and smoke

generated during the cleaning process.

The user can choose from three cleaning

levels, depending on how soiled the oven

interior is. 30 minutes after the end of the

program, oven door is again unlocked.

Then, simply wipe the dirt residues in the

form of ashes, using a damp cloth and the

cleaning is complete. Owing to this feature,

Gorenje ovens rank among the best in the

market.

Cleaning made easy with EasyClean liners

Easily removable EasyClean liners on both

side panels and catalytic lining on the

rear panel are designed to help you keep

your oven clean. The liners feature super-

smooth EcoClean enamel coating, which

means that warm water is all you need. Or

you can simply remove them and let the

dishwasher do the job for you!

Easy maintenance with AquaClean

All oven models additionally feature the

highly convenient AquaClean option. Just

pour half a litre of tap water into a baking

tray, place it into the cavity and select the

AquaClean option. The steam generated

by the auto-heat programme (70°C)

acts to soften the dirt on the oven walls.

After approximately half an hour simply

wipe down the oven with a soft cloth.

Easily removable oven doors feature no

Catalytic self-cleaning lining

Some Gorenje oven models feature

superior EcoClean enamel coating with

catalytic lining on the rear panel. Owing

to the catalytic coating, food and juices

splashing from the baking tray are

decomposed already during the cooking

chemical reaction that causes oxidation

Combined steam oven

A novelty on the market: a combined

steam oven offering the possibility of

preparing food with steam or hot air

or even a combination of both! In

addition to the numerous preset

programmes and the various cooking

functions, the oven distinguishes itself

by a simple and comfortable touch-

screen operation. The screen can display

the functions in five different preset

languages, while advanced built-in

functions maximally simplify the oven’s

maintenance.


Electronic timers are an innovation of

user-friendly operation. With a simple

touch you can set the cooking time

and temperature. You can choose from

various preset programmes or set all the

cooking, baking and roasting parameters

yourself (the cooking temperature, the

temperature of the meat probe, the

duration of the cooking). At the end of

the cooking process the timer alerts you

with a sound signal. Thanks to a control

panel made entirely of glass, the cleaning

is extremely simple, too.

Cooking with SteamPower

Steam cooking is a healthy way of

preparing food, as it preserves all the

nutrients, vitamins and proteins. The food

is never overcooked, maintaining its colour,

juices and flavour. During the cooking

process, the oven is fed the steam from a

special water heater. Due to an innovative

configuration of the steam conduit, the

steam is evenly sprayed inside the entire

oven. The steam current is controlled

automatically according to the selected

preset programme; but if you prefer, you

can also feed the quantity of steam needed

for an individual dish yourself.

Required performance of a kitchen hood

depends on the size of the room to be

ventilated. Modern living trends that

increasingly merge the kitchen with the

dining room and living room have raised the

bar of kitchen hood performance standards.

A room with an area of approximately 50

square meters will be efficiently ventilated

by a hood with airflow capacity of at least

300 m3/h. The comprehensive range

of Gorenje hoods includes models with

formidable capacity of 1,000 m3/h. You

may choose a hood with mechanical or

electronic controls. Models with electronic

control allow simple operation by touch.

The intensity of hood operation can be

The decision of what sort of capacity should a new cooker hood have largely depends on the size of the kitchen. A good rule of thumb is that the hood should be able to replace the air 10 to 20 times an hour. For instance, if a kitchen measures 4 x 4 m with a ceiling height of 2,5 m, the cooker hood should replace approximately 400-800 m3 per hour.

SensoTech electronic temperature regulation

Electronic control via a LED display allows

Constant temperature in the refrigerator

Due to the refrigerator ventilator, which

is built in the back wall of the refrigerator,

FastFreeze rapid food freezing

Maintaining the quality of frozen food

depends largely on how fast the freezing

process is. When the freezing process is

faster, the crystals that are formed are

smaller and do not damage the cells in

the food, thus allowing it to retain the

vitamins, minerals and nutrients longer.

For a true freezing boost, choose models

with the FastFreeze function that freezes

the food at extremely low temperature of

–24ºC. If the function is not deactivated

manually, the fast freezing process is

ended automatically after a certain period

of time and the freezer returns to the

initially set temperature.

SuperCool function for cooling larger amounts of food

When the SuperCool fast cooling function is activated, the refrigerator will

provide a boost to the cooling process,

dropping the temperature to just above

the freezing point. Low temperature,

A split top shelf in selected models allows

Deep door bottle shelf

This highly practical shelf enables a

systematic storage of items that are taken

stored in the deep holder at the back while

CHEST FREEZERS

Comfort and durability

Well though-out positioning of the lighting

unit in the freezer chest cover provides

excellent view inside, particularly when

the appliance is installed in a dimly lit

room. Movable baskets will add to the

convenience and accessibility of frozen

food. A massive heavy-duty hinge for door

opening guarantees a long useful life.

Optional lock

Some models feature a lock which is

particularly convenient for markets

where chests are installed outside the

apartment. As the appliance is quite

robust, some models are fitter with

convenient casters that make moving the

appliance much easier.

Control and safety

Control unit is placed at the lower front

side of the freezer chest. Temperature

settings knob and FastFreeze function

on/off key are complemented by signal

lights providing information about

appliance operation: when the appliance

is on, when FastFreeze is activated,

and when the high temperature alarm

has been activated (more than –18 °C).

Activate the FastFreeze function 24 hours

before freezing a large amount of fresh

food. This way, the most nutrients will be

retained.

Concealed skin condenser unit

Instead of in the outside of the chest

freezer, the condenser unit is installed

between the appliance wall and the

insulation foam. In addition to more silent

operation, this prevents condensation and

makes cleaning of appliance much easier.

Another important advantage is that this

type of appliance can be pushed all the

way to the wall behind it.

Soft door opening and closing

A special hinge design ensures a perfect

integration of built-in fridges and freezers

into your cabinets. By virtue of its

extraordinary sturdiness it allows for a

high load to be placed on the appliance

door, and also enables the door to open

at a wide angle of up to 115 degrees.

This makes it easier for you to check and

access the contents as the door remains

firmly in place during this time. Should

you fail to close the appliance door all

the way or leave it open at an angle of up

to 45 degrees, the hinge automatically

pulls the door shut. This makes it easier to

Sliding hinge

SensoTech: accurate temperature regulation

Electronic control allows accurate

settings of optimum cooling and freezing

temperature independently of the

environment temperature. Advanced

models also feature separate temperature

regulation for refrigerator and freezer

compartment. In addition to the core

functionality, these models offer the

FastFreeze freezer boost function and the

SuperCool refrigerator boost function.

A dedicated signal light, combined with

an acoustic signal, will warn you of any

increases in temperature in the appliance.

This way, the food will receive optimum

care while you save power.

MultiFlow technology

MultiFlow accelerated air circulation

technology provides a constant

temperature in all models with

a ZeroZone drawer. Cool air is blown

through the vents in the refrigerator back

wall directly into the drawer. Compared

to conventional systems, MultiFlow

delivers the most efficient cooling of

food, keeping the freshness, aroma, and

nutrients of fruit, vegetables, and meat

much longer.

FastFreeze rapid food freezing

Maintaining the quality of frozen food

depends largely on how fast the freezing

process is. When the freezing process

is faster, the crystals that are formed

are smaller and do not damage the cells

in the food, thus allowing it to retain the

vitamins, minerals and nutrients longer.

For a true freezing boost, choose models

with the FastFreeze function that freezes

the food at extremely low temperature of

-24°C. If the function is not deactivated

manually, the fast freezing process is

ended automatically after a certain period

of time and the freezer returns to the

initially set temperature.

SuperCool function for cooling larger amounts of food

When the SuperCool fast cooling function is activated, the refrigerator will

provide a boost to the cooling process,

dropping the temperature to 3°C which

is nearly half of the usual temperature.

Low temperature, combined with large

volume, is ideal for rapid cooling of

food after major shopping trips. After

six hours, the function is switched

off automatically and the refrigerator

compartment temperature returns to the

initial setting.

Eco - economy program

During periods of less frequent use (door

opening) or absence from home, such

as vacation, Eco program can provide

optimum temperature while saving power.

The next generation of fridges features

a FreshZone compartment designed

to preserve and lock in the freshness

of highly perishable foods. A fan blows

cold air directly into the compartment so

possible within the fridge. As a result,

fruit, vegetables and meat remain fresher

much longer.

MoistControl - humidity control in the vegetable drawer

Gorenje refrigerators offer the possibility

of controlling the humidity in the vegetable

drawer. A simple slider is used to control

the humidity in the drawer to make sure

your vegetables stay fresh and crisp. The

drawer is mounted on telescopic guides

which allows full stability when it is pulled

out and affords excellent view.
