Goodpack Leasing Business Model

Clients can hire and de-hire the Goodpack IBC globally based on

their packing and customers locations

Clients can opt to hire on a trip leases (fixed number of days) or

term leases (12 months or longer) Goodpack arranges delivery of IBCs to the packing location

globally

Goodpack arranges for the collection of IBCs from the end user

location globally

Rental System- Trip Under a Trip Rental arrangement, the Goodpack IBC are rented on a per trip

basis. The rental period for a Trip Rental is based on the time between when theGoodpack IBC are delivered and notification that the Goodpack IBC are ready

for collection.

Goodpack arranges for delivery of IBC upon receiving instructions from customer.When the IBC have been filled, the customer then ships the Goodpack IBC to apre-defined destination through their own shipping arrangements. When theGoodpack IBC have been discharged at the end destination, inform Goodpack

and we will pick up the IBC at the end user and clean them, ready for use by the

next customer. Rental period stops at the point when Goodpack is informed thatthe IBC are ready for collection.
