Across from the desk is a bunk bed, in the bottom bunk lays STEVEN, short brown hair, normal sized boy (15). Steven slowly opens his eyes and sees the light coming through the window. He swiftly gets up, stretches for a minute and gets out of bed. CUT TO:(Opening credit montage of Steven getting ready to go out.)CUT TO:EXT. PATH UNDER BRIDGE-DAYThe path is next to the water, by the water is MARISSA, semi long hair, in a skirt and button up shirt (17 ). Marissa stands up and turns to look down the path, she notices Steven. She walks over with a smile on her face.MARISSAYoure late Stevie. STEVENYeah well I slept in.Steven walks past Marissa. Marissa turns her head to watch Steven go sit down on a patch of grass. She looks at him with a disappointed look on her face.MARISSAYour cranky again Stevie. Why?Steven stares out at the water.
