What is the Good health subgroup ?Group for all the different people who

provide and use healthcare services.The Big Idea is to make things better by: • sharing plans • working together• tackling things which make healthcare

unfair.

• We check up on what is happening.

• We respond to new plans and guidance from the government about making healthcare better.

• Let everyone know what is happening

Since last year……..

• New rules about how we run the group• Vote for chairperson and co chair each year• Getting the right people at the meeting• More involvement with people who can’t come to

meetings.• Agree action plan.

The main issues are:• Doing the things in the PCT self assessment

action plan (working with PALS, feedback from PRUH users)

• Checking how others are getting on with their actions (NHS campus closure, Personal health profiles and health checks, information about the health of people in Bromley)

• Following the recommendations from the health needs assessment.

• Work together to increase the number of people taking up national screening programmes.

• To make information about staying healthy accessible.

• Making sure they are done well.

• Making sure they make a difference to your health.

• Helping GP’s who join the scheme
