Golden Ciphers started in the living room of its Founding Executive Director, Pamela M. Hubbard, June, 2000 and incorporated as a 501 c3 non-profit organization

October 25, 2001.Mission Statement:

Golden Ciphers is an African American

grassroots organization designed to assist in

reconnecting our family structures and recreating our communities (villages),

thus empowering us to grow mentally, culturally

and spiritually, developing healthier communities and

lifestyles.

which is what we are trying to do in our community.

saving and healthy.

**Including interactive group educational sessions that are accountability based and youth culturally competent.
