GLUTEN FREEBEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients• 1lb. Steak strips or Hamburger• 1cup Sour Cream or Vegan or 2-4 T Vinegar• 1 clove Garlic or 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder• 1 T Worcestershire Sauce• 2/3cup Creamy Mushroom Soup MIx• 1 Onion diced• 2cups Water• 1/2 tsp. Paprika• Salt to taste• Pepper to taste

Instructions• OPTIONAL: Use liquid from one small can of mushrooms

as part of the 2 cup water. Add mushrooms at the end.• Brown meat with the onion and garlic. Whisk water and

soup mix together then add to meat mixture and boil. Add Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Sour Cream and Salt. Serve over rice or pasta.
