Glorious Day

One day when Heaven was filled with His praises

One day when sin was as black as could be

Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin

Dwelt among men, my example is He

Living, He loved me

Dying, He saved me

Buried, He carried my sins far away

Rising, He justified freely forever

One day He’s coming

Oh glorious day, oh glorious day

One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain

One day they nailed Him to die on a tree

suffering anguish, despised and rejected

Bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He

One day the grave could conceal Him no longer

One day the stone rolled away from the door

Then He arose, over death He had conquered

Now He’s ascended, my Lord evermore

Living, He loved me

Dying, He saved me

Buried, He carried my sins far away

Rising, He justified freely forever

One day He’s coming

Oh glorious day, oh glorious day

One day the trumpet will sound for His coming

One day the skies with His glories will shine

Wonderful day, my Beloved One’s, bringing

Glorious Savior, Jesus, is mine

Living, He loved me

Dying, He saved me

Buried, He carried my sins far away

Rising, He justified freely forever

One day He’s coming

Oh glorious day, oh glorious day

O glorious day!

O glorious day!

Come Thou FountCome, Thou fount of every blessing

Tune my heart to sing Thy graceStreams of mercy, never ceasingCall for songs of loudest praise

Teach me some melodious sonnetSung by flaming tongues above

Praise the mount, I’m fixed upon itMount of Thy redeeming love

Here I raise my Ebenezer:Hither by Thy grace I’ve come.

And I hope, by Thy good pleasure,Safely to arrive at home

Jesus sought me when a strangerWandering from the fold of GodHe, to rescue me from danger,Interposed His precious blood

O to grace, how great a debtorDaily I’m constrained to be

Let Thy goodness, like a fetter,Bind my wandering heart to Thee

Prone to wander, Lord I feel itProne to leave the God I love

Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal itSeal it for Thy courts above

Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal itSeal it for Thy courts above

I Will Sing

For You have set me free

You're all that I seek

Your love completes my life

You're the air that I breathe

And the Savior of the world

Is the reason I live

And I will sing, I will sing.

For You have set me free

You're all that I seek

Your love completes my life

You're the air that I breathe

And the Savior of the world

Is the reason I live

And I will sing, I will sing.

And I will lift my voice

to the one who has saved me

I will sing

I will sing

And I'll cry out for more

saying Lord how I need you

I will reach out

I’m reaching for more of you in my life

For You have set me free

You're all that I seek

Your love completes my life

You're the air that I breathe

And the Savior of the world

Is the reason I live

And I will sing, I will sing.

And I will lift my voice

to the one who has saved me

I will sing

I will sing

And I'll cry out for more

saying Lord how I need you

I will reach out

I’m reaching for more of you in my life

And I will lift my voice

to the one who has saved me

I will sing

I will sing

And I'll cry out for more

saying Lord how I need you

I will reach out

I’m reaching for more of you in my life

And I will wait for You

In the stillness Lord, listen for Your voice.

You are as gold refined

In Your presence Lord, is where I belong

And I will lift my voice

to the one who has saved me

I will sing

I will sing

And I'll cry out for more

saying Lord how I need you

I will reach out

I’m reaching for more of you in my life

For You have set me free

You're all that I seek

Your love completes my life

You're the air that I breathe

And the Savior of the world

Is the reason I live

And I will sing, I will sing.

Be Thou My Vision

Be Thou my vision, O Lord of my heart;

Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art:

Thou my best thought, by day or by night,

Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.

Be Thou my wisdom,

and Thou my true Word;

I ever with Thee and Thou with me Lord:

Thou my great Father, and I Thy true son,

Thou in me dwelling, and I with Thee one.

Riches I heed not, or man's empty praise,

Thou mine inheritance, now and always;

Thou and Thou only, first in my heart,

High King of heaven, my Treasure Thou art.

High King of heaven, my victory won,

May I reach heaven's joys,

O bright heaven's Sun

Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,

Still be my vision, O Ruler of all.

Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,

Still be my vision, O Ruler of all.

1 Peter 4Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.

If anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name.

Therefore let those who suffer according to God’s will entrust their souls to a faithful Creator while doing good.

Jesus, I My Cross Have TakenJesus, I my cross have taken, All to leave and follow Thee.

Destitute, despised, forsaken, Thou from hence my all shall be.

Perish every fond ambition, All I’ve sought or hoped or known.

Yet how rich is my condition! God and heaven are still mine own.

Let the world despise and leave me, They have left my Savior too

Human hearts and looks deceive me,Thou art not like them untrue

O while thou dost smile upon me,God of wisdom, love and might

Foes may hate and friends disown me, Show thy face and all is bright

Man may trouble and distress me, ’twill but drive me to Thy breast.

Life with trials hard may press me;Heav’n will bring me sweeter rest.

Oh, ’tis not in grief to harm meWhile Thy love is left to me;

Oh, ’twere not in joy to charm me, were that joy unmixed with Thee.

Go, then, earthly fame and treasure!Come, disaster, scorn and pain!In Thy service, pain is pleasure;

with Thy favor, loss is gain.

I have called Thee, “Abba, Father”;I have set my heart on Thee:

Storms may howl, and clouds may gather, all must work for good to me.

Soul, then know, thy full salvation;Rise o’er sin, and fear, and care;

Joy to find in every station Something still to do or bear:

Think what Spirit dwells within thee;Think what Father’s smiles are thine;

Think that Jesus died to win thee, child of heaven, canst thou repine?

Haste then on from grace to glory, armed by faith, and winged by prayer,Heaven’s eternal day’s before thee, God’s own hand shall guide us there.

Soon shall close thy earthly mission, swift shall pass thy pilgrim days;

Hope now change to glad fruition, faith to sight, and prayer to praise.
