Whereas for non-contraceptive users in 20-35 years, 36-50 years having normal oestrogen blood levels show no statistically disease prevalence i.e., the degenerative diseases which normally occur with increased prevalence above 70 years are seen to prevail in younger age groups - 20-50 years in contraceptive users only with 3 to five fold increased incidence, due to germ cell destruction resulting in negative feedback signals reaching HPA Axis, leading to suppressed estrogen levels at a very young age.
