Assist employers in meeting compliance obligations relating to their global workforce
Provide a wide background of knowledge to be analyzed and developed into a series of best‐practices recommendations and future outlook on global mobility trends
CERC will utilize the project results through communications across a broad array of media and industry related events, including conferences, in North America and internationally

• The objective of the project is to develop a framework on global mobility risk management best‐practices and future outlook on global mobility trends by:
• Conducting a literature review on risk control frameworks for moving employees between countries
• Surveying companies to gather data on global mobility risk management best practices
• Conducting focus groups to validate details on approaches
• Compiling and analyzing the data gathered• Identifying key themes from the research findings• Developing a report on best practices global mobility risk‐controls and areas for further research
