Judd Wheeler is a co-founder of the

Mobile Tulsa group. His interactive andweb sites have received numerousawards and he is bringing hisimagination, knowledge and expertise tothe world of mobile.He led the charge into interactiveCD-ROM development, web siteprogramming, digital signage, socialmedia and, most recently, mobilemarketing.

Judd co-founded a group that brings

developer, marketers and entrepreneurstogether to speak the same languageand form bonds for mobile projectdevelopment. Leading the effortsbehind a mobile conference in Tulsa, hesuccessfully co-produced the rst of itskind in Oklahoma.Judd works with companies to developeffective mobility strategies, business andmarketing plans.

Amit Gulati is a Mobile Technology expertat Technapse Inc. He has been involvedin mobile solutions for the past 7 years.He has worked on aviation softwareprojects at NASA Langley and was theteam leader for the software developedfor the Synthetic Vision System GeneralAviation.
