GFS® Star Cut™ Crab is wild-caught off the shores of Canada, Alaska and Russia. Star Cut™ is a unique process that leaves the crab meat whole within the shell by cutting only the shell along both sides of the leg, making the shell easier to remove and the crab meat inside more accessible. Our Star Cut™ Crab creates a superior plate presentation and

offers greater price value and labour saving convenience than traditional legs and claws.

Preparation: Keep Frozen. For quick defrosting, run under cold water for 15 to 20 minutes. Or defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze defrosted crab. Store defrosted crab in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.

Uniformly sized and contain no broken pieces.

Packed in individual polybags with exact piece count for consistent plate coverage.

Can be warmed directly in the polybag by steaming, boiling or microwave.
