Who we are…

Tower Hamlets is typically known as ‘The East End’ home to Canary Wharf, Brick Lane and Spitalfields.

One of the most culturally diverse boroughs in London. with 18 different ethnic groups represented on 2011

census. Over the last 10yrs the population has been one of the

fastest growing in the country and it is set to rise by 20% over next 10 years

Over a quarter of a million residents living within just under 8 sq. miles.

The Reablement processes and workflows have been designed by OT keeping person centred care, choice and control at the heart of assessment and intervention.
