How to take advantage of our advanced matching technology to find the right mentoring partnership

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

• A complete profile is crucial to getting matched effectively

• The matching algorithm acts on multiple-choice selections

• Anything with an asterisk is mandatory for the algorithm

• Best practices:

• Be thoughtful and thorough

• Create a “picture” of yourself

• Mentees: Focus on goals for this partnership

• Mentors: Focus on how you can help a mentee

• From your home page, click “edit profile” to ensure all mandatory fields are complete

Finding and requesting a match

• Go to the Mentors page to browse. Your best

matches are suggested based on compatibility.

• Use the filters on the right to search by personal

preferences.

• Identify who you’d like to meet, click Connect, then

Request Ongoing Mentoring.

• When someone accepts you, you’ll receive an email.

• You will be immediately directed to your private connection space
