Completed a CAS and STIR fire control radar change out on the Sharm El Sheik ENS 901 and the Toushka ENS 906 as well as assisting NSWC and Lockheed Martin Engineers install a 7.2 million dollar Block 11-14 upgrade of the MK92 FCS on Both ships. I assisted NSWC vendors with a complete combat systems alignment on both ships.

Responsibilities/Achievements: I was responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the MK92 FCS. I trained junior technicians on the system. I served as work center supervisor on my last 2 ships. I served on 4 different Perry Class FFG-7 ships. I made 4 overseas deployments. I was stationed in Japan for 2 years I worked with a contractor completing a complete refurbishment of the STIR antenna on my last ship. I was honorably discharged.

SKILL SUMMARY

Non-Technical Skills: I have served as a supervisor very successfully for many years. I have interfaced and worked directly with foreign Navies for most of my career. I have been requested to return and have been repeatedly re-contracted for the past 20 years.

Computer Skills: Windows XP, Windows 7 Ultimate; Very Good

Other: The MK92 fire control System requires a tremendous amount of mechanical aptitude as well as electronics, electrical, and electronic cooling. I have assisted in numerous battery alignments, conducted numerous track antenna collimations, CAS and STIR antenna Removal/Installations, as well as numerous transmission change outs in Saudi Arabia. I have 2 Combined Antenna System Radars and 2 Separate Tracking and Illuminating Radar change outs as well as changing out the low voltage slip ring of the STIR antenna in Egypt.
