The natural gas in these pipelines is used solely by the power plant and is not sold for residential or commercial use. As such, if your home uses natural gas and you are experiencing problems with your gas piping or burning equipment, you will need to contact your natural gas provider. One pipeline originates at Buena Vista Road in the Town of Clarkstown and the other pipeline originates at Eakman Drive in the Village of West Haverstraw. Both share the same right-of-way until terminating at the GenOn Bowline Power Generation Facility.
