in Maribojoc, Bohol Philippines as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer in disaster relief services
rebuilding after the earthquake in October of 2013 and typhoon Haiyan, Yolanda which followed
3wks later. In 1988-1991 I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the East Province of Cameroon.
I am a supportive service worker with vast educational and hands-on experience within the fields
of construction management, community development and training.
I have a Bachelors in Architectural/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Workforce Education and
Development and have successfully completed three master level classes for Engineering
Management. My determined flexible nature, along with my educational background and
cultural sensitivity, has created a very solid foundation in getting substantial, structurally sound
projects completed. I have the ability to communicate to a vast range of people from diverse
