2008-01-07 （第二次术后近 3 个月）胃镜：十二指肠球部溃疡

第二次术后 60 天 第二次术后 90天

术后 13 个月（ 08-12 ）

summary (1)• It is available for some patient

to do CTO intervention by TRI approach

•bilateral angiography by TRI

•MSCT may help to open CTO

• “Double anchor technique” can improve the success rate for CTO

It is harmful for patient receiving several radiation and use fixed angle during PCI

This case did twice PCI and once MSCT check just in 54 days

The total fluro time was 1h 58m 30s and exposure time was 233.9 s during last time of PCI
