GASTON GUERNIK
Gaston’s roles have included Creative Direction, UI/
UX Design, Team Leader and Digital design. Gaston’s
main focus and objective is to always create a user /
customer journey the best experience possible while
feeling intuitive and useful.
Gaston has over 12 years experience in the creative
and innovation industry and has worked with some of
the most prominent global brands like Audi, Heineken,
Schweppes, BMW, Budweiser, CBA, NSW Rails, etc.
Having built a successful creative agency in Spain, he
was recruited and relocated to Australia in 2013 so he
could work his Creative Director magic here in Sydney.
His current key role is to develop high-level concepts
and designs, help clients innovate and re-align their
strategy and approach in new innovative ways.
“My approach is to focus on people’s needs (by
understanding the customer through empathy) and to
improve my clients services by the using technology
as a platform to create a successful outcome.”

CHALLENGE
There name of the project uses two strong
words, two strong notions
IDEA + FACTORY
Wikipedia def ined idea as:
“ideas are usually construed as mental
representational images of some object.
Ideas can also be abstract concepts that do
not present as mental images.”
We decided to separate both of them creating
dif ferent brands for each. One for IDEA
another for FACTORY
Idea = Creativity, Imagination, brainstormings,
freedom, which means colourful, there is no
order, etc.
Factory = Base, solid, unif ication, process.

RESPONSIVE BRAND
In a time when responsiveness is key, we
wanted to create a brand that was truly
responsive.
The biggest quote people where when asked
to be creative is to “Think outside to the box”.
So that is exactly what we did.
What is more, “What IF?” is one of the best
question to star any brainstorming.
