GAPP Construction is pleased to submit a detailed project management plan, including scope of work, man-hour breakdown and cost proposal, for Architectural and Engineering Services for a New Residence Facility at Morgan State University. The detailed scope of services and fee in the amount of $1,742,302.00 (excluding construction cost and crashing) are attached. GAPP projects Morgan State to have a positive cash flow of approximately $682,245.13 (non-crashed) at payback period of two years after construction; this simple projection excludes the cost of construction and schedule crashing for the project. GAPP assumes MSU will independently negotiate advertisement, bidding, and construction.

Project Need and Purpose: Design new residential facility at Morgan State University in order to increase the size of the campus, improve safety on campus, and influence better retention rates.
