Current Progress and Achievements

• CG and SAG ERP go live on 01-Jan-2014 including Purchasing, Inventory, sales, Distribution & FG Warehouse, Production and Finance & Accounting.

• CG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period still in Month-End closing process, most of sub-ledger (AP, AR, NM, FA) and GL Accounts are balanced, now is doing Cost Related Voucher adjustment and final checking.

• SAG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period still in Month-End closing process, most of sub-ledger (AP, AR, NM, FA) and GL Accounts are balanced, now is doing cost value check and fine tune.

• All of CFC ERP Customization requirement have been collected and now is under Customization Spec Development and Programming

• All of MFG Modules customization spec have been confirmed and near 60% customization program (Total around 2200 Hrs, Finished around 1200 Hrs)have been complete and under internal testing.

• All of MFG Reports Requirement have been confirmed on Feb-2014 and those customization specs will be finished before 16-Mar-2014.

• All of FIN customization have been collected and confirmed, except Dual currency solution.

Purchasing 1.PRProposalPOGR have been completed , except Proposal and related reports. 2. Purchasing Proposal have been confirmed by C.G on 03-Mar, and plan to delivery on Mar-2014.3. Proposal Customization spec have need developed but still wait CFC & CG final confirm4. GR weight-scale & belt-scale Integration will be put on Phase-I (Plan to delivery on May-2014)5. Quotation Contract SO DO operation functions almost same with CG, and related customization have been completed.3. Delivery Target Setting Requirements are not include in project scope, so will not be delivery in this Phase. (we plan to have discussed about those extend requirements in the Mid of Mar-2014)

CFC need to know the gaps and solution between Packing shift report & F/G real time report (Please reference Appendix I ) Can setting some Warehouse to allow negative Inventory to solve.

Financial & Accounting

1. All of Customization Requirement have been collected & confirmed on Feb-2014 except dual currency solution.2. Most of CG Financial & Accounting function can fulfill CFC requirement or just need a little bit adjustment.3. Ms. Iris have provide final suggestion to CFC about dual currency solution on 26-Feb and waiting CFC’s reply.4. All of customization spec will be released before 05-Mar, and expected delivery date on 21-Mar, except dual currency and VAT output format.

Digiwin will select 2 confirmed shift- related reports to develop and delivery before 30-Mar-2014, to ensure the shift-related report can be process well.4. All of 50 Customization Reports will be delivery before 30-May-2014.

Digiwin HRM Product Center will modify HRM Product to support CFC Date Format on UI (User Interface), and the new HRM will be released on 10-May.4. Due to some customization should be

based on new HRM released, so the expected delivery date will be 31-May

5. Overtime > Offset and P-Bonus customization solution will be provided before 28-Mar.

1. Only Training module will go live on 1st of the July.

2. Recruitment module, we suggest postponed to phase 2. And after discussion with CFC HR Department, actually they’re still using the formal way to recruit new comers, such as bulletin board or newspapers. So we suggest that we could postponed this module and discuss in the future days.

3. Performance module: Mr. Andrew will create a blank field in employee master data to let them upload the performance index over there, so we could give up the performance module.

02 Items in Employee basic data : Blood type, Identification Code

Those items we already maintain in HRM system, by the way, CFC have to provide the identification code of Vietnam

11 Fingerprint system, E-card : connect to HR system

Mr. Andrew already set up the format of fingerprint in HRM system. And the E-card system, if you want to use it , It also can be set up in HRM system

13 Employee no need to pay Social Insurance, Medical Insurance in month; employee can not get P&S bonus in month

This will be set up in payroll module, and I already show you the way if the people they no need to pay social insurance or medical insurance in each month. You have to prepare a list of excel( need to pay is 1; no need to pay is 0), so please prepare this excel file and upload to system, then the system will follow your rule to calculate insurance or p/s bonus .
