• Locations : TKP & HPGP two plants ( MPLS can be finished on 12/4 )

• Testing Data Volume : 5% ~ 10% of daily transactions

• Major Target : (1) Ensure ERP Major process can running well and do

some fine turning

1. Digiwin Project Team have provided a new solution for CFC Dual Currency

2. Regarding to how many Operation Center (DB) should be configured in CFC ERP system. Due to the VAT output

1. Overall conclusion, CFC agree to adopt two operation database for dual currency, but need to provide reliable program to make two account consist, but because it’s possible to have some adjust, so accounting department need to manually contra two account.

2. For the overall consideration except Financial Accounting, already final to separate two Operation Database CFC-TKP ; CFC-HPGP

Due to CFC daily logistic operation process requirement, the “Delivery Target Setting” function on have to put on Phase-I

Only make one report that F/G need (Loading Report of Zone).

B2B interface should have Vietnamese ( MIS will try to replace Simplify

Due to CFC user still have no chance to see the full distribution operation flow demonstration on CFC ERP (DO DS LN LC DN), so users are worry about those function really can run or not.

Sales and Delivery Module Simulation Demonstration (March-17) and material please referance “CFC Sales Function Demo v1.docx”

Due to branch office warehouse size not big as TK plant, and transaction not so many like factory, so maybe can have easier process for delivery

Since outside warehouse process usually done by branch office logistic, it’s not real time operation, so to maintain program and process consistency, still follow standard deliver process same as TK plant.

Due to CFC user still have no chance to see the full operation flow demonstration on CFC ERP (Quarry RM Kiln CM Packing ), so users are worry about those function really can run or not.

We would like to invite Digiwin also provide a whole production operation flow demonstration when MFG consultant next coming trip. ( Apr ???)

TIPTOP ERP Budget Functions are designed in GL Module, the main focus of TIPTOP Budget function are Budget Data Setting, Actual/Budget Comparison and Purchasing Budget Control. There are not supporting function for Budget Planning and Budget Simulation on standard TIPTOP Package.

Regarding to CFC Budgeting Function requirement, I will suggest CFC to keep using current manual process

(due to there is no times and no budget to deal with it in this project) and let us focusing on CFC ERP Go-live activities first,

because of there are still lots of thing need both of our teams to do and to ensure we can achieve the target.

Currently customization when packing process finished, the stock in Item No. is merged both Line 1 and Line 2 cement . CFC request when finished packing, stock-in finish goods item no should still separated into Line 1 and Line 2. And required one more process to merge the Line 1 and Line 2 into the merged item No.

Digiwin explain that, because of this additional level process is a visual process so means need to auto generate related transaction from system, this will cause additional customization 88 hours not existing in the confirmed customization scope. So they need extra charge for this.

Digiwin will provide the RPT Specs to CFC for confirmation on Mar-2014 QUA+KILN+WH+DN

All of Customization Reports will be delivery before 30-May-2014.

The SMS Module customizations are CFC Phase-I Must-Have functions, Digiwin will provide the progress to CFC continually..

Due to CFC process control requirement, the “weight-scale & belt-scale integration function” on GR (Good Receiving) have to put on Phase-I (01-July-2014 Go-Live Must-Have function)

1. Before 28/3 related dept. need to input the new Item-No. & Vendor code to the LiGu basic data by excel file and reply to MIS Mr. Tuan.

2. Before 31/3 MIS Mr. Tuan will reset all the LiGu Basic data based on the excel file. And lock the user rights for input the new data to LiGu system.

3. Purchasing Dept. Mr. Hung will design the application form for the new Item-No. and vendor code. Before the end of March.

Due to LiGu Database Structure can not fulfill with our existing Coding. So we proposed asks LiGu upgrade:

1. Open DB for Basic Data2. Add LN No + BARGE ID 3. Windows 7 Version4. Transaction export by each trip

For simulate 100% transaction data is the target goal of Mr. Chinh F/G dept. and very difficult to reach. And for the open balance in the end of June, not only for F/G also have a lot of W/H we need to know the physical inventory ending balance. ( Accounting dept. also worry about how to cut off the outstanding data and switch to ERP ) 2. If Digiwin need to discuss the extra contract, we need Digiwin provide us the compare table first, for we can know the detailed of the time allocate. 3. B2B date format already done. About B2B web site, date format Mr. Sean will check it, Vietnamese language part now system can have multi-lingual setting, but because now system only have 3 language(0. Traditional Chinese 01. Simply Chinese 2. English), maybe you can try to put Vietnamese description in Simplify Chinese part (program ID: p_weblang).
