16 MP and has similarspecifications with theGalaxyNote4.Thecameraisaccompanied by a LEDflash. The front camera alsoreceives an upgrade and anice one too. From the usual2 MP front cameras of theGalaxy S smart phones, theGalaxy S6 and S6 Edge's
front camera gets a 5 MPbump.Todate, this isoneofthe highest MP available forfront cameras within itscompetitors.
The back-end camera of theGalaxy S6 has similar imagesensor as the Galaxy note 4,meaning that it has abuilt-inoptical image stabilization.

Samsung Pay will make the
device work as if it was acredit or debit card that wasswiped through the payterminal's slot. The SamsungGalaxy S6 and S6 Edgewillemit an electromagnetic fieldthatwill act as a conduit forthe transaction. Thetechnology behind this iscalled Magnetic Secure
Transmission, the intellectualpropertyofLoopPay.
Aside from this, mobilepayments done through NearField Communication (NFC)is also supported. TheSamsung Galaxy S6 and S6Edge are trailblazers amongthe Samsung mobile devicesforthistypeofupgrade.

Unlike the previous NorthAmerican releases of theGalaxy S smart phones thatutilized the chipset,Qualcomm Snapdragon, theSamsung Galaxy S6 and S6Edge are using the SamsungExynoschipset.Thecompany
