Nikis professional roots are in branding and advertising. After he has gaines over a decade of experience in global Ad agency networks, he has raised his own agency, planetsisa, and later the global network of organisations in creative industries, IACy (Innovationagency network). Further to that, Niki is attached to TED/TEDx, the worlds biggest network of conference organisers and has been assigned TEDxAmbassador in 2011.

Marko is a cold water jump-entrepreneur. He always seeks for innovative ideas and loves to combine them in order to find creative solutions for complex challenges. He recently co-founded the Austrian online magazine helden-von-heute.at and Urban Sync, which provides participation strategies and approaches for citizens in urban planning processes. Marko's professional background is in the field of online marketing and social media.
