French Tech Hub is more a partner than just a consultant. For us, that made all the difference in helping us not only identify the steps we needed to take to develop a targeted operations plan in the crowded US market, but also modify and effectively roll out that plan. 

“2009 – Amplitude needs- Amplitude wanted to assess its market in the U.S and launch its product.- The company then needed a partner to help them set up the entity,

support their sales director with sales administration and logistics support.

2014: Achievements

2009: Market Assessment- French Tech Hub (Hubtech21) defined a potential market and put up

together a list of potential users of Amplitude Technologies products

- A large amount of Amplitude revenue now comes from the U.S.- Amplitude acquired Continuum Laser, a 70 pers. company located in CA

Since 2010: Sales and Operations support- French Tech Hub created the subsidiary for Amplitude in Boston and

supported the sales director located in CA. - French Tech Hub takes care of HR management, invoicing, products

delivery and payment collection.

Thanks to the large variety of services offered by French Tech Hub, I don’t have to worry about any administrative aspect! French Tech Hub takes charge of ‘Americanizing’ my marketing approach, answering calls and emails for me, and getting an answer in the two next hours. I am also very happy with the help of IP/ accounting lawyers provided by the French Tech Hub, and the exceptional location and facilities present at CIC! Most of the time I delegate the decisions to Joubin Hatamzadeh, who can give me solutions for almost every single thing!

administrative taskRelated to subsidiary creation and management.

2014: Achievements

2013: Operations Launch support- Entity creation- Opening of the bank account - Visa support for Sebastian and his family- Health Plan set-up- Tax, accounting and payroll

- Sebastien could relocate smoothly in Boston and hire a few local engineers to work on his prototype.

- OtoSense was nominated for Best Mobile App at World Mobile Congress in 2015

assess its opportunity in the U.S. in order to become a global player.

2014: Achievements

2013: Market Assessment - Marketing revamping for their website, powerpoint

presentation and message to organize meetings with U.S. HR executives.

- Organization of meetings with Business France team2014 : Marketing support- Support to refine PeopleDoc marketing and communication

strategy- Execution of the Marketing Plan

- $17.5 million round led by Accel Partners in May 2014

2006H21 is acquired by Paris Region Economic Development Agency (PRE), San Francisco office opens

2012H21 becomes the French Tech Hub with the collaboration of PRE, French Ministry of Foreign Trade, Business France, BPI France and French Tech.
