11 am — At the Barn or Pavilion off Hill Street from Washington Street, Sackets Harbor
Examine the weapons, uniforms and clothing used during the War of 1812 in Northern New York. Ted Schofield and Tom Nowak
will guide you into history. Free to public.
July 14, 2012 — Jefferson County Historical Society Historic Summer Games
Noon to 2 pm
The Jefferson County Historical Society will offer authentic Historic Games along with blowing bubbles, crafts, a dance around the
May Pole, face painting and treasure hunt, all great family fund photo moments. Games will include Civil War Children's Games,
Croquet, Hop Scotch, Jump Rope, Quiots, Rolling Hoop and Sack Races. Old fashion Ice Cream, Lemonade & Watermelon are the
refreshments included in the admission fee. Admission is $2 for children, $6 for adults, Maximum is $10 per family.
