 Tapping Points  For this method, you’ll tap one stat ement at ea ch of the tapping points.  At each point, tap for as long as it takes to make your statement - probably somewhere between 10 and 20 taps. Tap gently, with 2-3  fingertips, about as hard as  you’d drum on a tabletop . Say your statements silently or aloud - focus and attention are the most import ant factors.  Keep tapping around the  points until you notice an internal shift. Finally, tap a round of “I AM grateful  for . . .” nnn Here’s how you do this simple method. Simply tap around the points, making one statement at each point. Begin each statement with the words, “I f I  was feeling grateful, I might be grateful for . . .” and nish the sentence with something  you might be grateful for. This can be ANYTHING. It can be as simple as the clothes you’re wearing, the fact that you are breathing, the moon and the sun . . . . . . or you might be grateful for the love in your life, your home,  your ability to express your creativity, to learn and grow. Keep tapping the same starter phrase, nishing it differently every time. Continue until  you actually begin to feel more grateful and less grouchy. How does this  work? You are basically doing a simple and positive form of brainwashing . By starting each sentence with the IF and MIGHT language,  you’r e slipping all those positive afrmations by the gatekeeper of your c onscious mind and feeding your unconscious one positive afrmation after another - all with no conscious resistance.
