TRAVELTRAVELGetting round a new city is a daunting task, whether it’s getting to your first lecture on time, coming home from a night out or just popping into town to do some shop-ping, here’s a handy travel guide.

Walking - it’s FREE, and what student doesn’t want to save that extra few pounds? As well as getting the excise it’s a win-win situation!

Buses & Trains - there are many buses that pass the univeristy throughout the day, all via the city city giving you easy access. From just £1 you can get a number of buses (1, 6, 28 & 97) from the Steps to Headingley and these even run till 3am, saves you a taxi!

There are many passes avaliable for freqent bus users including MetroCard, weekly, monthly or even termly ones all giving you unlimited travel throughout the city so check out: www.firstgroup.com/ukbus/leeds for more information.
