Tri-C Campus Dining Catering Services has a ful l range of event menus for breakfasts , lunches, meeting refreshments, snacks, receptions and dinners . We provide service on campus or off campus and can design a menu and service structure for any type of event for any number of people . We offer solut ions for casual or formal events and we even have a “Pick up and Save” menu for ordering i tems to be picked up at the Campus Café for small off ice events or i f taking off s i te . View our menu through My Tri-C Buys and select Cater ing or cal l your Campus Dining Services Representative at the number on the next page.
Uti l izat ion of the Tr i-C Campus Dining Catering Program drives the opportunity for the food service program to provide qual i ty service and continue to offer the various retai l services avai lable at the numerous campus locations whi le providing the best possible f inancial scenario for the Col lege. Please make your food and faci l i ty arrangements as ear ly as possible to enable the procurement of food, specialty i tems and staff to ensure the success of your event . Menu select ions should be made seven days pr ior to the event for meals and typical services.

Menu and self ordering can be viewed and accomplished at the Tr i-C Catertrax Website:Internal Tr i -C departments must access the Catertrax ordering site through My Tri-C Buy.External guests should contact the location Manager at the campus in which you wi l l be holding your event .(please feel f ree to contact your specif ic Campus Dining Manager at the number below for assistance i f needed)

Tri-C Catering looks forward to providing you with a ful l l ine of cater ing services, f rom init ial menu consultat ion to setup and post event services our professional cater ing staff takes pr ide in the select ion, qual i ty and attention to detai l concerning every event .
GuaranteeTo provide the best possible service and most competit ive pr icing, we maintain a pol icy of customer guarantees for each event . Please provide a guaranteed number of guests to be served at least three business days pr ior to your event . Reduction in the number of guests with less than 24 hours notice wi l l be subject to the charge of the or iginal number guaranteed. Addit ions to the number of guests with less than 24 hours notice wi l l be subject to the avai labi l i ty of the menu i tems for the event .
Pric ingAll pr ices are guidel ines and i tems l isted in the cater ing menu are subject to change due to seasonal avai labi l i ty and market pr ice f luctuations. Catering pr ices are based on groups of 20/25 people or more and are indicated under each menu heading for minimum numbers for service or addit ional charges for smaller groups. Pr ices include menu select ion and standard service required for your event . Because services offered often vary for each group, some services and i tems are pr iced separately . These i tems include addit ional table l inen, rentals , skirt ing, special labor and f loral arrangements to name a few. These i tems must be considered to obtain a real ist ic cost est imate to your event . Events held after 5 :00pm weekdays, events held on weekends or hol idays and events requir ing service staff to pick up i tems after the event wi l l be assessed a service charge of $35.00 unless otherwise indicated in menu section header . Other labor charges dependent on the type of event and t ime of event may be charged $16.00/hour for a minimum of four hours , for each staff member needed to provide the service. The Tr i-C Catering staff wi l l gladly prepare a written proposal for you pr ior to your function. An event form wil l be sent to you pr ior to your event for your approval .
Linen and China RentalLinen wi l l be provided for al l tables that wi l l be used for food service and buffet meal sett ings. Addit ional l inen for other tables can be provided at an addit ional charge. Al l catered functions: coffee breaks, buffets and receptions include our high qual i ty disposable products . There is an addit ional charge of $2.00 per person for china and glassware service unless noted otherwise on the specif ic i tem page.

Bil l ingAny cater ing service approved for a campus sponsored event can be bi l led through the appropriate on-campus accounting procedure by the generating the account , organization, fund, and program numbers pr ior to the event . Groups outside of the campus need to make arrangements for payment . A 50% deposit is required three days pr ior to your event and the balance of the invoice is due the day of the event . A credit card is required and wi l l be bi l led i f f inal payment is not received the day of the event . We cannot accept personal checks.

Food and BeverageThe prices quoted for functions include food and/or beverage and accompaniments at the t ime of the catered event . Addit ional wait staff wi l l be charged based on the needs of the event . Catering cl ients are responsible for al l equipment provided for your unattended events and wi l l be charged for missing or damaged i tems after the event . Al l equipment , utensi ls , service wares, decorative i tems and unused sealed condiments are property of Cuyahoga Community Col lege Dining Services. Non return of these i tems to Tr i-C Dining Services for re-use creates addit ional expense to Cuyahoga Community Col lege and therefore must be charged to the customer to cover replacement . Help us keep the cost of your Cater ing program down!
Liabi l i tyIn adherence with local Health Department regulat ions, i t is our str ict pol icy that there wi l l be no credit given or carryout of perishable food not consumed at your event . The quantit ies of the food prepared are based on the guaranteednumber of guests and are ample amounts to ensure that al l guests at the event enjoy a select ion of food. Any food removed from the event becomes the responsibi l i ty of the event holder . Once removed from the event , Tr i -C Dining assumes no responsibi l i ty or l iabi l i ty for qual i ty & safety of these i tems.
Dietary Restr ict ions and Nutr i t ional ConcernsWhen booking an event , please feel f ree to discuss any needs that may require special dietary considerat ion. We are committed to accommodating food restr ict ions and choices so everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
Cancel lat ion Pol icyServices must be cancel led within 24 hours of the event or Tr i -C Dining wi l l charge for the food and labor costs incurred at the t ime of the cancel lat ion.
Late Order Fee and Del ivery ChargesIn order to ensure the qual i ty of your event , the cater ing off ice must have suff ic ient t ime to procure food and service personnel . Suff ic ient noti f icat ion is defined as at least three business days for meals and refreshment set ups. With less than 3 days notice, menu i tem avai labi l i ty may be l imited. We wi l l make suggestions for your menu based on avai lable i tems, addit ional labor fees could possibly be assessed. Any cater ing order received with less than 24 hours notice wi l l be assessed a 10% late fee charge. Events wi l l be charged a del ivery fee of $10.00 if the total cost is lessthan $100.00. We reserve the r ight to charge a $50 del ivery fee for off s i te cater ing del iver ies .
Guest Meal TicketsGuest meal t ickets are avai lable that can be used at any Tr i-C Dining outlet . They are avai lable in any denomination and can be ordered from your Tr i-C Dining off ice .
Catering Services QuestionnaireIn an effort to constantly improve service to our valued customers, cater ing service requests that the contact person for each event complete a br ief questionnaire evaluating the services provided. This questionnaire helps to provide an understanding of the “customer perspective” in areas such as booking procedures, f r iendl iness of service staff , qual i ty of food and presentation. The survey is avai lable through the Catertrax ordering system.
