Chaque Partie aura un score à soumettre. La Partie B commence dès que les 2 minutes de la Partie A sont écoulées. Le score de la Partie A est un nombre de répétitions. Le score de la Partie B est le temps mis pour compléter la tâche plus les 2 minutes de la Partie A. Les équipes devront soumettre le nombre cumulé de répétitions pour la Partie A puis le temps cumulé pour la Partie B. Si l’athlète ne complète pas toutes les répétitions de la Partie B, son score sera 10 Minutes et le nombre de répétitions non complétées en secondes. Si il vous reste 3 burpee box jumps, votre score sera 10 :03. This workout has two parts that follow each other. Each part will have a score that you will need to submit. Part B will start as soon as the Part A’s 2 minutes are finished. Part A’s score is the number of rep completed in the time cap. Part B’s score is the time taken to complete the task plus the 2 minutes from Part A. Teams must submit the total number of reps done by all team members for Part A and the total time took to complete Part B. If the athlete fails to complete all the reps of Part B, his score will be 10 Minutes and the number of reps not completed in seconds.
