Hamilton Center, Inc. is a regional behavioral health system serving central and west central Indiana. We are “building hope and changing lives” through a broad array of behavioral health services for adults, children, adolescents and families. Services are individualized; we work with the consumers to assess needs, and tailor a treatment plan to meet those needs.

Services are based on the belief that the least restrictive level of care provides the most therapeutic environment. We feel success is best achieved from providing therapy which is as brief as is found to be clinically appropriate with minimal disruptions in the consumer’s daily life schedule, including their school, work and family activities.

• individual treatment• family therapy• group therapy• couples counseling• psychological assessments• home visits

Community education and consultation services are also available.

Fees are based on the provision of services. Our rates are competitive. Depending on the type of mental health / addiction insurance cover-age a person has, costs may be covered – at least in part – by insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or other managed care plans.

In some counties, residents may be eligible for fee adjustment for certain services. Eligibility will be based on income and a clinical diagnosis. When appropriate, our staff can assist in designing a payment plan for our clients.

referralsAnyone can request services. Our most common referrals come from family members, physicians, schools, hospitals, attorneys, employers, clergy and concerned friends.

Hamilton Center has been providing quality behavioral health services in Indiana for more than 35 years.

Many of our adult clients seek services to better understand, and gain control over, particular chal-lenges they face.

Typical issues include: • depression• anxiety• anger management• relationship problems• stress• coping with chronic illness• child management• abuse issues • adjustment to school or work

Treatment options include indi-vidual therapy, psychological assessments and crisis manage-ment.
