VIII STAR RALLY HISTORIC 2015Free international historic rally & rally legend demonstration drive

Like in previous years, also in 2015 the famous Barum Czech Rally Zlin will host an additional race of historical rally cars called Star Rally Historic. And following the changes introduced id 2013, also this year the times in the special stages will be measured also for historic cars!

During first five years the Star Rally Historic was classified only as the demonstra-tion drive of historic vehicles. This format will be kept also in 2015 edition, but the main impact will be put on the measured competition part of the rally.

As every year competitors can look forward to great spectators’ atmosphere along the whole rally route and especially the unique Super Special Stage in the streets of Zlín with almost 40.000 people watching! During the rally crews do five tarmac special stages around Zlín and Otrokovice with overall length of 76 km, which will be used also by ERC Barum Czech Rally Zlín competitors.

REGULATIONSWith changing the format there is coming also the change of regulations of the rally. The main - measured - field can be entered only with historic cars equipped with FIA homologation list and FIA or ASN HTP passport. Cars have to be in accordance with App. J and K of National sporting regulations. Cars will be divided into three classes:

HA1: to 1300 cm3 regardless the age of the carHA2: from 1301 to 2000 cm3 regardless the age of the carHA3: above 2001 cm3 regardless the age of the car

Second part of the rally will consist of the well known demonstration drive, which can be entered with original historic cars or their replicas. These vehicles shall rep-resent its sporting era and history of rallysport. Cars can be made up to year 1995, but vehicles built after 1990 have to by only the original ones.zidly.
