The Happy Cow Difference

Happy Cow Frozen Yogurt® began as an emotional commitment in our hometown of Wesley Chapel, Florida in the summer of 2013. Since that time our beloved company has evolved into a strong financial investment filled with promise and synonymous with happy times. People of all ages are drawn to the comfort of our store. We are well on our way to achieving our dream of becoming an industry leader devoted to making people happy. We are not only looking for franchisees; we are looking for those who wish to be successful while also having fun.

There are many frozen yogurt stores in the market, however none are quite like Happy Cow Frozen Yogurt®. We envisioned a brand that makes our guests feel as though they are at home while in our stores. One manner

in which this is realized is through our store aesthetics. Dark rich

floors, warm colors, crown molding and Corian countertops are just a few

of the design touches that present that “at home” environment, not to mention cute cows are everywhere!  Our guests describe our mascot, Gurtie, as adorable and unforgettable. Our In-store graphics tell the story of our dessert concept. Our slogan, “C’mon Get Happy! ®”, communicates exactly what we strive to deliver. We focused on every detail as if we were building our home and our guests constantly compliment us on their experience and our décor. Adults love us and kids can’t get enough of us.

Why does everyone love us? We not only offer premium frozen yogurt, but soft-serve gelato, sorbet and special offerings of Italian ice and soft-serve ice cream as well. Upon entering our stores your senses will be awakened by the smell of hot baked cookies, chocolate brownies and waffle cones baked fresh daily. Guests can indulge from 100 rotating flavors, 24 flavor combinations at any given time, 60+ toppings and sauces, and fluffy whipped cream made daily. Brownies, cookies, cereal, candy, fruit, sauces, nuts, we have it all. You create your own dessert and together we create happiness and laughter. Our products, people and services will exceed your expectations.

Franchise Fee: $25K per store

Royalty: 4.5% of gross revenue

Advertising Fund: 1% of gross revenue

Leasehold Improvements: $142,000 - $185,000

FF&E: $113,000 - $144,000

Signage: $10,000 - $15,000

IT/POS: $8,000 - $10,000

Opening Supplies and Inventory: $4,000 - $8,000

Grand Opening Advertising: $4,000 - $6,000
