FOURTH INTERNATIONAL BIOPHYSICS CONGRESS

The Fourth International Biophysics Congress, organized by the Inter- national Union for Pure and Applied Biophysics (IUPAB) and the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, will be held in Moscow, August 7-14, 1972, at the Moscow State University.

The topics to be discussed at the Congress will cover practically every aspect of biophysics.

A special program for ladies will be organized including sightseeing in Moscow and its surroundings. Regarding travel and accommodation, the participants are free to make their own arrangements for travel in the USSR with any tourist company of their country which is a contractor of "Intourist". "Intourist" is charged with the reception of foreign participants during the Congress. "Intourist" offers to the participants of the Congress favourable terms of service which will be described in the Second Announcement together with a list of excursions within the USSR before and after the Congress. I f the services of "Intourist" are used, entrance visas are granted within 5-7 days following application.
