We’ll see this start to develop in both the purchase experience in retail stores and in product usage at home in 2015, but with so many systems, tools and technologies to adopt, develop and deploy (not to mention organizational silos to knock down), we’re only just getting a foot onto the bottom rung.

Nevertheless, this represents a huge shift for consumers and a massive opportunity for brands willing to get out front.
