Managing Director Tim Seabourne has over 30 years’ experience operating at a senior level across a range of business sectors in Europe, U.S. and the Middle East. Awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2013, Tim was based in Abu Dhabi through 2014 advising one of the UAE’s leading investment and development companies on HR Strategy, before setting up Seabourne Leigh in 2015.
