Kelly Rattigan, Managing Director Nick Juniper, Hotel Team LeaderKelly Rattigan is the founder and Managing Director of Formworks Architecture, and has built a reputation for design innovation, and her ability to work with clients and stakeholders to develop and then deliver complex briefs where no previous precedent exists.

In 2012 Kelly was named the Australian Institute of Architect’s National Emerging Architect of the Year. She is also one of only two Australians to be named to the Public Interest Design Global 100.

Formworks Associate Director, Nick Juniper, has 20 years’ experience of architectural practice across a wide variety of sectors. In recent years, Nick has extended his portfolio of work, developing expertise in tourism, resort hotel, and resort residential projects, working at management level, while maintaining a very hands-on Project Architect role.

Nick’s projects are highly acclaimed, internationally awarded and have brought considerable commercial success to his clients.

Formworks Hotel Team Leader, Nick Juniper, is an award winning Project Architect and designer with 20 years tourism and commercial experience in Australia and around the world.

Since 2004, in his role at Grounds Kent Architects, he worked as Project Architect on a variety of hotels and resorts, involving complete architectural services as well as renovations, upgrades and extensions.

As lead designer on an impressive array of works, he has garnered both an array of distinguished awards and a loyal client following.
