Product Description: Urinary flow problems in older men are quite common, affecting almost half of men over age 50. One reason for these problems is a syndrome called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. What essentially happens in this condition is that the prostate enlarges and creates a restriction to the flow of urine. This obstruction causes symptoms such as urinary urgency and hesitancy, increased frequency and reduced caliber of urine flow. This can be especially troublesome when men lose sleep because of urinating frequently at night. Urine stasis can furthermore lead to infection and inflammation in the bladder.*
